For digital assessments (e.g., Working Genius, DiSC, or iEQ9), CEDCI will deliver a unique assessment link or instructions after payment is received. Assessment results are delivered directly by the corresponding assessment provider.

Because assessments are provided through third-party certification partners and links are unique to each buyer, all assessment purchases are non-refundable once a link has been issued.

Refunds for coaching sessions, workshops, or other services may be considered on a case-by-case basis if requested in writing before services are delivered.

CEDCI is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from your use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of our services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for that service.
